Loved the meal I got. Broiled crab cakes with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy. So good! Nice staff too! 100% recommend and we will definitely be coming back.
Great b-fast stop especially on weekends. Good coffee. Love the avocado breakfast toast without the sriracha and Florentine Eggs Benedict. You can opt out of the accompanying potatoes and choose grits. Very good grits.
NOT your average dinner. The service is always great, food is always very fresh and they have great choices on the menu. Reasonably priced too. We eat there often and it's perfect literally everytime. 🙂
Absolutely great restaurant... our waitress MacKenzie was very attentive and sweet. The food was outstanding and delicious. This restaurant is great for the entire family and has a full bar which is a plus. We will definitely return and you should too !!!
Classic diner with an upscale twist. We love this place - nothing disappoints and the staff is warm and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and order the Mozzarella squares. You don’t know what your life has been missing. Their to go is also great!
This was our go to spot for a while. Normally, the prices were decent and food was fantastic. But thanks to the economic situation(Brandon), the prices here have significantly gone up! The food was not that great tonight either. Maybe it was because we came a half hour before closing time? Probably. But other then that, this place is always great 👍
Prior bookings needed over the weekends for as wait times may be more than 20-39 minutes. Spacious enough for a good crowd and families alike. Quality food 🥘 served in high tables and cocktail ranges are great too. A little slow but food makes up for the wait time once it arrives. Waffles were really fresh and breads freshly baked.
Super yum!! Started with the best wings ever and the perfect spinach artichoke dip. Both were so good and such big portions that I couldn’t move on to the next course. Service was fast and friendly and oh yeah the drinks were great too! Everything on point. Will be back very very soon…. Like tomorrow morning for breakfast ! Thanks Home Town!!
We have family get togethers at the Home Town. We didn't have a reservation and had about 12 people. They couldn't have been nicer accommodating our party. Our server was excellent (great attitude and friendly, too). Our food was great, and we were running on the late side, but there was no push for us to get out. Highly recommend!
We go here for breakfast about once a month. A little better than your average diner breakfast without being too expensive. Service is always great. We went here for lunch for the first time and the burgers were DELICIOUS, very similar to shakeshack style done on the flat top. Quesadilla was also very good, if a little mild. 10/10 recommend for a tasty reasonable meal and good service.
Wonderful restaurant. My fiancé and I have gone here twice - once for breakfast and once for dinner. Both times were great. The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful. Our food arrived quickly, was hot and delicious. Refills for our drinks were offered without us having to ask. On our most recent visit I think our server was Brent (or Brant?) and he did great. We will be back.
I was visiting from Florida to see family, in Allentown. Our last meal was at the Home Town. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was really happy with all the selections that were available. The wings were super good and the pierogies were even better. I got to enjoy my first black diamond steak which was cooked to perfection and had tons of flavor. Very surprising, but delicious. We had a large party with at least four children and our waitress did an amazing job of taking care of us the entire time. Will definitely come back whenever we come back to Allentown. Highly recommend!
This was my first time to visit and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The hostess was friendly and Nick our waiter was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was nice and hot and Nick even brought me an extra serving of tartar for my fish which was delicious! I will definitely be coming back and I was told the breakfast is even better! One more thing; Nick definitely goes above and beyond as we saw him making the alcoholic drinks in between serving tables and I must say to management I hope he is getting adequately compensated for doing both jobs.
